Noi Spyratos - Assistant Vice President

Prior to joining Caledon in 2011, Noi spent four years at Access Capital Corp. where she helped structure direct investments in and arrange project financing for infrastructure projects, primarily in the energy sector. Noi was also responsible for completing direct investments in other sectors, including buildings, roads, waste water treatment plant, and water towers. She was also responsible for the monitoring, refinancing and valuation of portfolio companies in the US power sector.

Prior to Access Capital, Noi led the budgeting and forecasting functions of a multi-business, billion-dollar healthcare organization including the ongoing training and education of non-finance personnel. Prior to this, Noi worked at Enbridge Gas Distribution, where she helped prepare financial board packages for the Ontario Energy Board’s rate recovery process.

Noi received her Honors B.Comm degree in Economics from the University of Guelph, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a CFA charter holder.
